Recently, we were honored to embark on a sensory journey with Kerry Taste & Nutrition for the Consul of 🇮🇪 Ireland. We selected the ColdBRU cold brew coffee system developed by Irish brand Marco Beverage Systems, Silver Mona coffee beans, Hiang Kie's "Hong Kong Nostalgia" milk tea, DaVinci Gourmet syrups, and Tiga Milk to meticulously craft a variety of specialty drinks for the Consul to experience Hong Kong's beverage culture and creativity. During the event, the Consul was able to experience the drink-making process, which naturally included milk tea—a representative of traditional Hong Kong beverages—prepared using a golden ratio and DaVinci Gourmet Roasted Almond Syrup to create a "Roasted Almond Milk Tea" that embodies a blend of old and new.
