【Coffee Bean Origin and Flavor】Colombia

Columbia is located in the northwest of South America, with its coffee trees mostly planted in the three mountain ranges that run from north to south. The local coffee industry has been developed for many years and primarily uses the washed process. Coffee cherries are hand-picked and carefully selected by family-run smallholder farmers, then floated in pure mountain spring water to remove unripe or insect-damaged cherries, followed by sun-drying to ensure the ultimate quality of every coffee bean.

With abundant production and consistently high quality, it is currently one of the world's top three coffee-producing countries, as well as a top 5 producer of Arabica coffee beans.

Compared to Brazilian beans, Colombian beans have a mellower and fuller body, 💫 a rich and unique aroma, a balance of acidity and sweetness, and a moderate bitterness. You can even taste the cane sugar sweetness of tropical fruits 🍊, making them perfect for both single-origin drinking or blending.
