Brewing Method:
1. Boil 480ml of water in a tea pot.
2. Place 16g of tea leaves into a cotton tea strainer bag.
3. Put the tea bag into the pot, pour in the hot water, and once boiling, simmer over low heat for about 6-8 minutes.
4. Lift the tea bag and perform the "pulled tea" motion back and forth twice, then steep over low heat for 3 minutes.
5. Add 60c.c. of evaporated milk and 5g of white sugar to taste, and enjoy.
