Our family story began when my grandparents relocated from the Coffee Triangle to Huila in the 1960s and 70s, establishing the Río Negro farm. My father overcame challenges to produce coffee here, and today we proudly continue his legacy. We focus on specialty varieties, including Bourbon Rosado, Bourbon Ají, Tabi, and Bourbon Amarillo, producing approximately 30,000 kg of high-quality coffee annually. Passionate about innovation, I studied advanced fermentation techniques to enhance our coffee’s unique flavors, ensuring each cup is memorable and distinct.
